The location of this concrete block surfacing from water is in Whitby, lake Ontario. Sometimes, we notice that the subject gets overlooked due to its nonsignificance in front of another major subject in the vicinity. I chose to capture this concrete block instead of the pier nearby which, to me, gives the essence of minimalism with the water around.
