With these works I have tried to give life to a minimalist street photography, which exploits as much as possible the balance between lights and shadows, the geometries of the composition and the volumes of the subjects. The photos were taken in different places in Italy and Croatia, and at different times of the year: Venice (pic. n.1), Burano (pic. n.3), Trieste (my hometown, pic. n. 4 and n. 5) and Umag (Croatia, pic. n. 2)). All photos have the same underlying aesthetic principles in common and, proceeding from the first to the last, they present a progressive reduction of the elements that compose them, in order to reach, with the fifth image, the maximum expression of urban minimalism
