Blue hour near a mountain river, several birch trees stood out against the autumn foliage. A light mist clung to the air, making it a very painterly scene. I decided to try out ICM for the first time. After several attempts, I found the right timing and camera settings to give the scene a very expressive, yet recognizable look. I\’ve not experimented much with ICM since taking this image, but I am happy with how this one turned out.
