Tides are some of the most powerful forces on Earth, and, as well as constantly changing the sea level, create powerful currents and other oceanic processes.Tides have complex daily, monthly, and seasonal cycles driven mostly by the gravitational relationship between the earth, sun and, most importantly, the moon. The ever changing play of structures, shapes and colors of the tidal land- and seascapes of the Save River Delta in Mozambique with it’s alluvial floodplains is the theme of this series.
