This is a cameraless photography image created through analog process of lumen printing. Lumen printing is a photogram technique that involves placing objects or negatives on lightsensitive paper and exposing them to sunlight. The paper develops creating a unique, monochromatic image as it reacts to light. After exposure, the paper is rinsed to stop the development process. This self-portrait is part of my Youth of Old Age series that explore challenges of aging in modern society.
