My photo series *Silent Memories*, which I have been working on since 2020, is a poetic, minimalist exploration of my memories of a lake from my childhood that is increasingly threatened by climate change. The quiet, pared-down images show traces of disappearance and reflect the fragile beauty of a place that stands between the past and dissolution. The work is ongoing – serving as a visual diary, a warning and a personal homage all at once.
