I photographed the Arthur Ravenel Jr Bridge in Charleston, South Carolina at night because it looked so impressive. It is a cable-stayed bridge over the Cooper River connecting downtown Charleston to Mount Pleasant. I converted the image to monochrome in Photoshop using Silver Efex Pro. Background lights were removed in order to emphasize the lights and stays of the bridge on a black background and highlight the geometric pattern of the bridge and create a minimalistic image.
