My late mother owned and used a jam pan that she inherited from her mother. This large, brass and iron pan came to me and for many years languished in our dark and damp cellar. One day I noticed that it had corroded very badly and the idea of a ‘found landscape’ project was born. This series of images were made with a macro lens in natural light. Not a lot of post processing but with a little, judicious spot removal.
