With increasing levels of complexity in our lives, it is becoming more important to strip back and just be. I made the short journey to the Norfolk coast in England, with the aim of deconstructing the multiple layers in this scene. From the pebbles and the S-shaped groyne in the foreground through to the sea, the wind-farms and skyline in the background.
