In hindsight, I should have purchased a drone years prior. Now I look back at all the places I could’ve been flying it, whether for photos or scouting better spots for my ground game. My first time taking out the drone was the Utah desert on a long weekend dispersed camping around the desert’s badlands. Here, we encountered an otherworldly landscape, dripped in layered colors, each representing a different time.
