Fossil – A series of works looking at the human mind\’s inability to perceive the vastness of time and humanity\’s fragility within it. These prehistoric plants evolved before the evolution of bees. These living fossils give a sense of physicality to the viewer and an acute reality compared to stone fossils. A species normally lasts around 10-20 million years, these living fossils show the duality of both hope and frailty of life.
