Title:
CitySkin
Description
Immediately after being painted, road markings are trampled on, enduring wind and rain, being scraped, rubbed, and worn away until they fade and eventually disappear.
As time passes, their appearance changes, and they move away from their intended role, and as the man-made objects blend into the natural environment, there are moments when they reveal a fleeting yet beautiful appearance that can only be seen at that moment.
Road markings, which are faded and then repainted, are part of the “Cityskin”, which undergoes a constant metabolism just like human skin.
