The project explores how transformation of a recognisable image gradually shifts our perception through light, shadow and the geometry of line, revealing how unstable and subjective perception can be—shaped by experience, emotion, and perspective. As the recognizable portrait gradually transforms, personal perception begins to shape its meaning. What remains is an image continuously produced through the viewer’s act of seeing. In this sense, we never see the world directly — we always see it through our own prism that shapes our perception.
