These are zoomed in detail shots of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge. I wanted to capture what it looked like up close, focusing on color, material, form, lines, textures and shapes that made up this sculptural bridge. I wanted to express its strength in quieter moments. It was a frigid, extremely blustery autumn day and yet this bridge stood firm, strong, bold in its orange golden hour glow.
