The Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli (Naples, Italy) is brimming with fascinating ancient artworks. However, what inspired me most was the architectural exhibit design pictured in this series of photographs. The works on display had been removed leaving only the painted walls and architectural spaces that had showcased them.

When I discovered this ephemeral and transient installation my heart jumped at the possibilities. The light, shadow, color, depth, and structural angles compelled me to harness my exhilaration and create this enigmatic imagery.
