To create spaces for memories and dreams, I utilise very long exposures to obscure the visual evidence of those swimming and floating through my compositions.
I first photographed this place in the 1970s with film and analogue cameras – now I use pixels. No matter the medium, I will always be drawn to the Merewether Ocean Baths, searching for something new in this nostalgic, cherished place.
