Inspired by the intensity of the summer light in Sweden and fascinated by the lace like structure of their decomposition, I shot a series of leaves that transformed them beyond their original state in nature, into abstract images expressing the dualities in life, the yin and yang, balance & chaos, the light and darkness in ourselves and in the universe.
